2birds is a Dubai based fashion and accessories label run by 2 Aussie birds… Sue and Caroline. We design dresses perfect for the Gulf climate and are passionate about our light breathable fabrics. All of our fabrics are hand screen printed with all of the dresses made by hand to our designs. We also stock colourful Turkish towels & accessories

Shop policies

At 2birds we endeavour to always chose items that are of good quality and not mass produced. As a result you may find that certain items may have small 'imperfections' - these are all part of the product and are what make them individual.  Many of our items are hand made, hand dyed or hand finished so please always follow the care instructions specific to your purchase.  If a product has a fault or defect, you may return the undamaged item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, postage not included. We use Fetchr couriers in the UAE. Depending on the time of day we receive your order will affect when you receive it. In most cases, especially within Dubai, you will receive your order within a day of despatch. Most orders are received 2 WORKING DAYS POST ORDERING. Please note if you live in ABU DHABI there are many areas that are NOT serviced daily such as Al Raha. If you require something URGENTLY it is advisable to contact us first. Most GCC countries will receive their orders in approximately 3 days. Please note we CANNOT GUARANTEE that you will receive your package following day. If your request is urgent we advise that you contact us. We do not make a profit from courier charges and in most cases we subsidise these charges.   Postage prices are the same as those quoted to us by Empost. We do not believe in making a profit from postage. Postage prices quoted are for packages under 500g. We always endeavour to post as soon as possible once an order is received, however sometimes we may not be able to post for a few days. Postage time is subject to the postal conditions of the destination. We always use registered post that is trackable. Generally we do not refund unless an item is faulty but we are happy to exchange. To exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of goods. It is the customers responsibility to return any items for exchange.
